Your day in Linyup
The dashboard is where your day starts. It answers two questions: what’s on today, and who needs me.
The Today panel lists the day’s sessions, with how many people have booked, how many are trials and how many have attended. It tells you when a class is Starting now or In N min. Open a session to see its roster and run check-in.
Use Previous day and Next day to look ahead, and Back to today to return.
Waiting on you
Section titled “Waiting on you”Waiting on you gathers the people who need a reply or a nudge, each with the reason:
- a new lead nobody has replied to yet
- a trial booked but not attended yet
- someone who used to come and has stopped
- a subscription that is set to end
- an open alert on someone’s record, or a sign-up request to process
When there is nothing left, it says All clear.
Quick actions
Section titled “Quick actions”New session and New contact are always at the top of the dashboard. On the schedule, the Only me filter shows just your own sessions.
As a coach
Section titled “As a coach”If your role is coach, the dashboard shows the contacts assigned to you rather than the whole studio. What you can change is set by the studio’s owner. See Team & roles.
